It hurts to swallow and when I cough. I am breastfeeding. What should I do ?

If your score is 3 and up, you should consult with a doctor. If it is 2 and less, I recommend you use honey lozenges, hydrate a lot, take it easy and sleep a lot, and use Tylenol or Advil™ to reduce the swelling in your throat. In that last case, your symptoms should stop by themselves in a few days.
