Should I be concerned? Should I go to the doctor? Please note that he has had two urinary tract infections since then.

My three month old baby has a urinary reflux disorder. His urine is clear and odorless but the frequency has decreased. I did a home urine test (urine taken on the fly during his bath). The color "Leucocytes" varies between 0 and 15. Also, for several weeks, he has been taking antibiotics for prevention.

Good evening,
Does he have a fever?
How is his general condition?
Were you given and asked to do home tests?

Good evening,
He does not have a fever. We had not been given or told anything about home tests. His general condition is good
Yesterday, I found that his urine was darker. I did a urine test and found out that "Leucocyte" was not completely negative. I gave him some water between his drinks. The color of his urine became clearer
This morning, I found that he peed less
However, he was circumcised on October 4th. Since then, he has to take 3 baths a day. Maybe he needs to drink more than usual given the number of baths/day?
Bringing the fever, what sign(s) will indicate a urinary infection?

Perhaps he pees during these baths, which may distort the perception of their number.
