It's an infection that I started to get and I don't know why it stings so much, what should I do?

Good evening Madam. I need to ask you some questions.
How long have you had this problem?
What are your symptoms exactly (redness? itching? discharge? other symptoms like fever?)

Okay, thanks for the information. I would suggest that you avoid applying anything to the area like deodorant or perfume for a while
if you don't have any allergies to medication and are not taking any medication, you can get a 1% hydrocortisone cream from a pharmacy, to be applied twice a day. When the cream is dry, apply a fragrance-free moisturizer (e.g. Vaseline, Glaxal Base, Aveeno) over it, but at least 3 times a day.
You should also avoid perfumed soaps and, after showering or bathing, do not rub the irritated area dry. Just pat off excess water, and apply your moisturizer within 5 minutes of finishing your shower. If you are itching during the day you can apply the moisturizer as much as desired, and/or apply a clean, cool damp towel.
Don't hesitate if you have any other questions!
