Can the swelling be related to the vaccine even after 3 weeks?

Hello, Since I received the covid vaccine almost 3 weeks ago, my armpit on the side where I received the vaccine is swollen. I don't feel any pain or swollen nodes.

Hello,
Yes, this type of side effect can occur a few weeks after the vaccination. It is an immune response, a swelling of a ganglion located in the armpit that can become engorged. It should resolve quietly. There should be no hard lump in the armpit. I would advise you to watch for other symptoms and follow the evolution closely. If the situation worsens or other symptoms appear, do not hesitate to seek advice. Our team is also available to communicate with you by phone or in person.
Have a nice day and enjoy,
