Hello, Since I received the covid vaccine almost 3 weeks ago, my armpit on the side where I received the vaccine is swollen. I don't feel any pain or swollen nodes.

Yes, this type of side effect can occur a few weeks after the vaccination. It is an immune response, a swelling of a ganglion located in the armpit that can become engorged. It should resolve quietly. There should be no hard lump in the armpit. I would advise you to watch for other symptoms and follow the evolution closely.
