My son who just turned 6 has a baby tooth that wobbles a lot. I contact however that his adult tooth has already grown

In the back, in my gum. Will it come back normally once the baby tooth has fallen out? Thanks

Hello,
If the adult tooth is located behind the baby tooth and does not directly push the root of the baby tooth outward, the baby tooth will not fall out. Therefore, the tooth that wobbles a lot must be removed. The adult tooth will not necessarily take up the space left by the baby tooth. If you are having difficulty removing the baby tooth or if you are concerned about the position of the adult tooth I strongly suggest that you see a dentist quickly. Dental services
are covered by provincial health insurance for children. The dentist will then be able to take the opportunity to do a full mouth examination of your child. I hope this answers your question well.
Happy evening!
