My son bites his ears several times a day. Is it an ear infection?

My boy is 10 months old, has no fever, picks his ears several times a day... his general condition is good.

Good evening ma'am,
The only way to know for sure is to look inside his ear with an otoscope (by a doctor).
But in the absence of a fever or complaint in the child, this is usually not bothered with.
Many children have this reflex (to touch only one ear). :)

We all go through this.
