I have a tic on the eyelid?

I have a nerve that jumps under my left eye since 3 days, I have an indoor garden with a lamp for my plants but the light is strong and I looked at it without doing it on purpose, can it be due to that?

This can often be due to fatigue and/or stress, and is usually not considered a problem other than the disturbing aspect. In almost all cases the problem goes away on its own after a few days.
