My son has two small black dots in his foreskin, they don't go away when we wash him! Is this normal?

It is virtually impossible to make a determination in a case like this without seeing the lesion/blackhead/dots.

If the child does not appear to be in pain and the dots look stable in size, I would recommend that you do not worry about it at this time. Just discuss it with your doctor at your next appointment.

If instead you think the child is in pain or the spots are getting bigger, you'll go see a doctor in 4 to 5 days.
