My son has a bubble on his lip. It doesn't sting or burn. No fever and no cold sores in our family. Good morning, the bubble is still there and the same size. You can see that there is a liquid inside. It is 8 years old. He didn't burn himself either. Could it be impetigo? He has his hands to his mouth very often. In which case, the bubbles are more often small and filled with a clear yellow fluid that looks a bit like honey (very contagious).
