My 6 month old daughter has been congested for almost a week. She doesn't have a cough or a fever either. What should I do besides saline and baby vac?

Hello Ma'am,
You are already doing the right thing for a child this age. In fact, to reduce congestion, saline solutions and "baby fly" is what works best. Be sure to do it between 2 and 4 times a day, every day. You can also benefit from a humidifier to put in his room at night, but this represents a very small investment compared to the baby fly 😊.
Hopefully,
