Good evening,
Can you clarify, the chin, hands and what is red?
Does she have a fever?
Does she look uncomfortable? Is she singing?

Cheeks. She often has red cheeks so I thought it was a flare up but this time she has a red hand and chin
She doesn't have a fever but she's more angry than usual

Good morning madam
Thank you for the clarification. For the moment I don't think you have to worry if your child has no other symptoms than the rash
You can give him Tylenol or Advil if it's his teeth or any other discomfort
Also at this time of year, it is possible that the rash is due to dry skin (the cold, dry air at home). In this case it would be good to use a gentle moisturizer without perfume such as Cutibase, Cerave or other (there are many choices)
If your child does not have a fever and continues to eat well and does not seem too amorphous I do not think there is anything to worry about.
If the situation changes or other symptoms appear do not hesitate to contact me :)
Hope this helps!
