Even water, everything goes straight... But she has plenty of energy.

Hello!
Unfortunately there is nothing you can give a child this age to stop diarrhea. However, it is important that she stays hydrated because it is the main complication related to diarrhea. There are oral rehydration solutions available in pharmacies that contain sugar, salt, electrolytes, in short, everything that is lost when one has diarrhea. These solutions exist in several forms, so the popsicle sticks (like a popsicle) are rather winning with the children :) So that's what I recommend for your daughter
It is important to watch for signs of dehydration (thirst, decreased urination, dark urine, dark circles in the eyes, fatigue, confusion) and I recommend that you consult a health care professional if the symptoms change or if dehydration is severe.
Finally, since diarrhea is a symptom of covid, I refer you to the symptom self-assessment site and to the covid line at 1-877-644-4545.
Also, if you notice blood in your daughter's stool or if the symptoms persist for more than 48 hours, it would be best to consult a doctor.
Again, if any other symptoms appear (fever, abdominal pain, decreased general condition, etc.) I recommend that you consult a health care professional again for a new opinion.
