My 6 week old baby is very congested?

I have a 6 week old baby who seems congested. He makes noises when he breathes, but not all the time. I have a babyvac that I have been using to try to relieve him but I am not satisfied. He still seems congested. He doesn't have a fever but seems more tired and regurgitates more than usual. Should I consult or is there something else I can do?

Babyvac may not be enough, I usually suggest products like Hydrasense or Salinex, followed by the use of a baby fly. This can be done as often as desired during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime His congestion may increase the frequency of spitting up but this is temporary.
