Hello,
The primary concern when it comes to consuming dairy products in pregnancy is to ensure that the base used is a pasteurized dairy product to avoid contamination with bacteria such as Listeria for example. Since most commercial companies here in Canada use pasteurized milk, there should be no concern. Just make sure that this is the case for the product purchased 🙂
