Is this normal? Will the fatigue go away with time? Thank you

Inderal is a member of the beta blocker class of drugs that decreases the pulse rate (which helps your tachycardia) and also the blood pressure. However, this effect causes many people to feel tired and lack energy at the beginning of treatment. These symptoms fade after a while. This is the time needed for the body to get used to the new pulse and blood pressure. What you are feeling is normal and temporary!

If this does not resolve itself in the next few weeks, discuss it with your pharmacist, who will probably be able to suggest an adjustment and/or notify your doctor.
