Hello,
Indeed, when a man is treated with testosterone he is not recommended to procreate. There are at least two reasons for this: the first is that testosterone can decrease sperm production leading to infertility which may not be reversible. The second is the hormonal imbalance that could lead to malformations in the baby. At this time, it is difficult to know if the cause of malformations is the testosterone itself or the condition treated with this drug.
