What can I do about this situation other than hydrate well, which I already do, and should I worry about the contractions that follow?

It's been a good week that I've been having stomach pains I think I ate something that I shouldn't have but being 23 weeks pregnant these pains were followed by small contractions that I don't care about, I had my wisdom teeth extracted on Tuesday June 8 and so I'm eating less than usual but I still lost 5 lbs in 1 week and yesterday I was taken to the bathroom for 40 minutes to empty myself at 23:I still have a lot of cramps today and I don't feel hungry, I don't feel nauseous as such all the time, could it be a virus that lasts that long?..

Hello Ma'am,
Yes, it could be a virus. That being said, given that the symptoms have been going on for so long, that you have lost weight, and that you are pregnant, you would need to consult with the doctor responsible for monitoring your pregnancy in my opinion.
Can you contact him this weekend?

So much the better if it moves well :)
To try to get back to normal more quickly at the digestive level, one could try the use of probiotics. One would then look to use a product containing at least 7 billion live bacterial strains per capsule.
