What deodorant can I use if my underarms are irritated?

Hello! I was having trouble finding a deodorant that met my needs, so when I found one, it unfortunately started to irritate my underarms, but I made the very bad decision to continue using it for a month to a month and a half. Now my underarms peel all the time and are sometimes sensitive even though I use an odorless and aluminum-free deodorant and even though I have been using a repair cream for almost 2 months now, which is Avène's Cicalfate, I have also tried Uriage's Bariéderm cream. I only use deodorant when I go out, otherwise I don't apply anything on my armpits, except the cream. Thank you for your help!

I use Schmidt's with no fragrance.

For now as you might have guessed you will need to avoid applying anything to the area to give the skin a chance to heal. This may take a little longer for a sensitive area like the underarms.

If you use soap, I suggest Dove fragrance-free soap. Also, avoid rubbing the skin too vigorously to dry it, instead, lightly pat it dry, and apply a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Cerave, Cutibase or Glaxal Base, among others.

If the use of an antiperspirant cannot be avoided, I would be tempted to suggest this one with which I have noticed a lot of success:
