I am pregnant and have congestion?

I most likely have sinusitis. I am 35 weeks pregnant and have been using saline 6 times a day without success. Is there another alternative for decongestion, it has been more than a week and is very painful?

I can only recommend acetaminophen (Tylenol), if you are not already taking it It would be prudent to consult your doctor to get the right diagnosis and, in this case, the right treatment.
