Hello,
Midol menstruation contains acetaminophen, caffeine and purilamine, an antihistamine that can cause drowsiness, so no, not anti-inflammatory.
May I ask why you can't take anti-inflammatories?

following my delivery, I had naproxen to take because of the pain of my tear and I was not hungry...........I took them so without eating ... it ended in emergency surgery because I have a stomach ulcer that perforated.... 😐 so for 1 year I have to stay away 😣 but anyway I am extremely scared and I don't want to take them again

I understand that. With this history, you will still need a stomach protector if you go back on an anti-inflammatory.
Midol doesn't really have an advantage over acetaminophen alone.
Are you on hormonal birth control?

No not hormonal contraception... another case I don't want to take again 🀣 so only tylenols would work? Thanks ☺️

Midol contains the acetaminophen of tylenol with caffeine which can perhaps accelerate the effect of the latter and an antihistamine which is surely there for its side effect of drowsiness .... It is up to you to see if it is beneficial for you to have these 2 active ingredients amalgamated with acetaminophen.
Unfortunately, menstrual pain responds better to anti-inflammatory drugs and/or hormonal contraception. Otherwise, heat applied to the belly and exercise may help.
When do you think?
