It is very difficult to answer your answer in a "scientific" way. The interactions between natural health products and drugs are difficult to predict for most of them. This is the case with Maca.

This drug is usually used for its aphrodisiac properties or for its vitamin content. Is this what you want to take it for?

Finally, I had to go see my pharmacist and according to the RXvigilance, there is an interaction between Wellbutrin and ginsen.

No problem. That's what I wanted to tell you. This natural health product may stimulate you, which could worsen your anxiety in some cases. This leads me to ask you again why you wanted to take this supplement, so that I can recommend a product that is better suited to your situation.

In fact, I'm going back to school and none of the prescribed ADHD medications are working because I have sinus arrhythmia and the Strattera is causing me a lot of drowsiness so I have to go natural and of course I'm a person who is often tired (my blood work is normal) so it was to help my concentration and my fatigue

Okay. First of all, considering that we live in Quebec, we should take a vitamin D supplement. We don't get enough sunlight to produce enough. So I think if you wanted to take something, it would be a vitamin D supplement. It doesn't interact with your medications. Look for a supplement that contains only vitamin D at 600 IU/capsule. This supplement will not harm you and may even help a little with fatigue.
