Hello Ma'am,
This baby is coming soon! Congratulations!
For your cold, of course you can take medication. The important thing here to get your bearings is to know which symptom is bothering you the most. Is it the nasal congestion? The headaches? Runny nose? Coughing?
And when you say "nasal douches," what product do you use and how often?

Hello,
what I mean by nasal douche is the use of saline solution ( in a Personnelle brand bag with the little bottle, not in a spray, I hope I'm clear! haha! I really have no idea what the real name of this method is). I do this to myself 2-3 X / days. I will tell you that the congestion is the most unpleasant and it stings a lot!
Thanks

It's very clear with these explanations, thank you!
The original product used with this technique is the "Sinus Rinse™". These are one of the best products to use when congestion is unpleasant and these are definitely the best product to use at this point in your pregnancy.
You just have to make sure you use it the right way. This short video shows the proper technique: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LW9mvVe7Mk4
You'll see, the acting is far from perfect (😂), but steps 3 and 4 are really what you need to do to be able to clear the sinuses and reduce the pressure and itching.

I must confess that I give you a 10/10 for the quality of acting 😂! Thank you so much for your service! This was my first use, definitely not my last!
