Can Ativan cause heartburn?

I take Ativan to combat my nervousness and anxiety and I often have heartburn. Do you think there is a link between the two? Thank you for your help!

Ativan and other benzodiazepines used for sleep and anxiety problems are not known to cause heartburn or any other digestive problem. Stress and anxiety alone are the main triggers for heartburn. So I would blame them for Ativan

There are other medications that can cause dyspepsia and you should be evaluated to see if there are any others that may be involved. Please let me know or consult your pharmacist for more details. Have a nice day!
