Allergic reaction to glasses?

Hello, my mother received new glasses of a certain metal and she made an allergic reaction: red eye, eye which stings, eye which runs of water, full of button on the temple, nose and forehead which became like water bells and its turns to yellow and it is swollen also It is approximately 4-5 days She tried claritin and benadryl should she continue with one of its two products? Finally she finds that the side of her nose has de-swollen and the water bells look like they're breaking through too I imagine it will eventually go away in the long run
