Hello,
Tylenol Cold and Sinus contains tylenol and a decongestant. (And sometimes a cough suppressant, check the package)
The decongestant, phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine, is not contraindicated, but it should be reserved for refractory cases and for a short duration, to avoid exposure to the baby if possible.
As an alternative, it is safer to try tylenol in combination with saline water such as sinus rinse. If this fails, an intranasal decongestant, such as dristan or otrivin, would be preferable, since it does not enter the bloodstream. However, be careful, you must use this product for a maximum of 5 days to avoid addiction.
Have a good rest!
