Can there be overdose effects if I gave the clarithromycin 3 hours too early?

Hi, I inadvertently gave my 2 year old his 2nd dose of Clarithromycin (ear infection) of the day at 9 am intervals instead of 12 am.

Hello, I reassure you, there is no risk of overdosing if you gave him 3 hours too early. You can just go back to calculating doses every 12 hours from the last time you gave him.
