Hi, thanks for your question!
Blood pressure medication can sometimes cause dizziness, especially if you get up from a chair or bed too quickly, are very tired, or have skipped a meal/are dehydrated.
The important thing is that this does not happen frequently, as it could indicate a problem
Do you measure your blood pressure at home? If so, what are the values?

Hello again doctor
Yes I measure my blood pressure every day it is between 12/9 and 13/8 but as soon as I started to take this medication (one week ago) I feel a discomfort in my left hand a dizziness from time to time (in fact, I started the first time to take the blood pressure medication at the beginning of August I started with Candesartan 4mg then 8mg then 16mg.my body did not react well with it, so my doctor decided to migrate to the Sandoz Candesartan plus Doctor I am afraid of having a stroke

Thanks for the feedback!
I invite you to record your values so as to take 2 measurements in the morning (5 minutes apart) and 2 measurements in the evening, for 7 days, and to make the average of the last 6 days or bring it to your pharmacist to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment.
If your symptoms continue, we will be better able to evaluate the situation, or your pharmacist will refer you to your doctor if deemed necessary.
(Just for your information, blood pressure is all numbers, so not 12/9 or 13/8, but for example 126/93 or 132/81. The complete values are necessary in order to properly evaluate the situation).
