For fairly severe menstrual pain that doesn't respond to extra strength Tylenol, would you have any idea what I could take to help?

I used to take Advils, it worked well for my menstrual pain but I had very bad heartburn. (Note that I have asthma) Asthma (Alvesco 200mcg 2x a day) Marvelon continuously (stopped every 3 months)

Hi. Thank you for your question. Anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil™ are generally better for relieving menstrual pain than Tylenols™. However, they can actually be rather irritating to the stomach.
