I have been having lower back pain for the past 2 weeks in the form of a circle and pressure at a fixed point and it extends over 3-4 vertebrae. What should I do?

I had a spinal surgery 6 months ago and since two weeks I have dlr at the lumbar level at the place where they performed the anesthesia is this normal after so much time? And how can I relieve this dlr/pressure? Note that I am breastfeeding my baby and that the tylenol/naproxen does not change anything? I've been taking it for 4 hours for the last 3 days.

Good evening ma'am,
The situation you describe needs a doctor's attention, as having pain in that very spot is not normal after all this time.
Actually, only doctors can provide a diagnosis and I think we need a clear diagnosis before we try any treatment option. Otherwise, we risk causing negative effects without the benefits of treatment, as well as causing a delay in addressing your current situation.
As the pandemic is causing great challenges in the doctor's office, perhaps you could try services such as Hello Health or Maple if your doctor cannot see you within a week.
I'm sorry I can't help you at this time.
Happy ending,
Alexandre Chagnon, pharmacist
