Hello Ma'am,
It would be surprising if the pain was related to the effort of giving birth, but it may be related to a decreased level of physical activity or in a poor position when you are feeding.
Have you tried taking walks to see if the pain would be reduced?

Hello,
Actually, I've had the same level of activity since giving birth. My delivery went very well so I take walks every day, I'm often on the move. For the feeding position, I give the bottle and sit upright so nothing that would make it seem like it affects my knees..
The pain is not permanent, it's really a pain when I have to get up and sit down.

Very weird!
By the way, congratulations on keeping a good level of physical activity after childbirth, it can be tough.
In a case like this, I think the best course of action is to see a physical therapist. He or she will be able to examine your knee, your posture (you never know) and recommend exercises to stop the pain.
