Is it serious that I took a double dose of antibiotics?

I took two doses of Macrobid at the same time, is that serious? I was supposed to finish my antibiotic Monday night. I take Pantoloc 1x a day and Sulcrate 2-3 times a day! Thank you so much! 😃 I am symptom free, but was strongly advised to finish my treatment.
