I have been taking several doses of concerta in the same day for too long.
What can I do to help with withdrawal?

Hello,
Taking Concerta several times a day, regularly can cause physical dependence, meaning that the body will need a time to get used to the decreasing doses of medication. Stopping the medication abruptly under these conditions can be very dangerous:
However, chronically taking repeated high doses is also dangerous:
Heart poisoning (heart attack)
Stroke
Excessively high blood pressure and heart rate
Psychotic disorders, paranoia
Euphoria, impulsivity
In this situation, I strongly suggest that you go to a doctor you trust. Talk to him or her about this problem and your desire to cut down on Concerta. He or she will be able to establish a game plan with you and, above all, ensure that there are no complications. In the meantime, the important thing will be not to stop your consumption drastically.
I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors,
