My daughter has a fever and pimples on her body after a trip?

We just came back from a trip to Mexico, on Friday my daughter had a 38.6 fever, and for the last 3 days she has had a sore throat and her body is full of red swollen pimples, mainly on her tongue, throat, and buttocks. She also has a lot on her thighs and arms. We already give her advil every 6 hours, is there anything else we can do? Should we go see a doctor?
