Should I be concerned about bleeding with Visanne®?

Hello, I have been taking visanne for two months now. I have not had any problems of adaptation except for spotting a few times. For 5 days now I have been bleeding and the bleeding is less abundant than my period but it is the same pain. There are even clots and I remember having PMS.

The appearance of bleeding even if you haven't missed a pill doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem. It usually goes away on its own.
