Hello,
I would recommend that you consult a doctor, as you have just returned from Mexico, so it could be traveler's diarrhea, which requires an antibiotic prescribed by the doctor. Traveler's diarrhea usually presents with at least 3 unformed stools in 24 hours and may be accompanied by other symptoms: nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, fever, mucus or blood in the stool. Your symptoms may have several possible causes, but since you are pregnant, it is best to seek help to confirm the diagnosis for the safety of the baby. While waiting to consult, your liquid stools can dehydrate you, which is harmful for you and also for the pregnancy, so I recommend that you take a rehydration solution, which can easily be found in pharmacies (example: Pedialyte, Gastrolyte or other).
