Hello for a few days my boyfriend has diarrhea and since last night he started to have a fever! It is between 37.8 and 38.4 but it is not stable, it decreases and increases! I give him tylenol every 4 hours!

Hello,
If you still have a fever 48 hours after taking tylenol, you should go see a doctor.
