I have questions about the possible side effects of citalopram?

Hello, I started citalopram directly at 20 mg on March 24. As I had sexual problems, I decreased it to 10 mg from April 11 to 19 at the doctor's request. However, the anxiety was still present with fatigue and concentration problems. I went back to 20 mg on April 20 and I don't see any improvement for the moment in terms of anxiety and sexual problems.
