I used Sinus Rinse without boiling the water, is it dangerous?

I used a sinus rinse with tap water. After realizing that it was not recommended to use it with tap water, I googled it and saw things like brain bacteria in some people (I shouldn't have googled it but hey!). I made a second one 30 minutes later with boiled water to make sure I re-cleaned my sinuses after my mistake.
