Should I go see a specialist such as an osteopath or a physiotherapist?

My baby is 7 months old. She has good motor development, she sits up on her own, gets on all fours, starts to move forward, she turns from back to tummy and tummy to back, but still just on the right side. Even if I put toys on the left side, she tries to take them, but it seems that she does not know how to turn. She turns her head on both sides so I don't think it's a torticollis.
