I am in the process of having a child with my boyfriend. Can you tell me what is best to do and what to avoid?

Good evening ma'am,
Just to make sure I understand your question, you want to know the things to do to make it easier for you to conceive. Is that it?
To help me answer you better:
  • Are you taking any medications?
  • Do you use drugs or alcohol?

Yes it's only, I was told I could take pills to reduce the chances of the child having mal formations, but I'm not sure of the quality. I don't take alcohol or medication

Super!"
Yes, about 3 months before you get pregnant, you should take folic acid 0.4mg once a day.
To help get pregnant, you should try to have sex regularly, of course. One can also try the calendar method to try to determine the approximate date of ovulation, but with regular intercourse (every 2-3 days), it is not really necessary.
Happy day,
