What should I do if I suspect my son has intestinal worms?

Hello, Weird question, I suspect my 2 year old son has intestinal worms.... He has been complaining regularly for +/- 3 weeks about discomfort in his anus but only in the evening at bedtime or not long after he goes to bed. I do not notice any diaper rash, there is no redness.

Good morning, ma'am, An intestinal worm infestation most often causes itching around the anus. In the worst cases, this condition can be accompanied by abdominal cramps and/or vomiting. The worms can be seen at night around the anus, with a flashlight, and sometimes in the stool.
