I was wondering though, when or how many days should I start to worry and go for a consultation? Thank you!

Hello! My baby is 2 months old and she doesn't have many bowel movements. She is exclusively breastfed. I know that breastfed babies can have a bowel movement 6x/day as well as only 1x/week. She has not had a bowel movement for 6 days now. She seems to have a bit of a tummy ache, a lot of gas and periods of discomfort, but her general condition is good overall.

Hello and thank you for your question :)
Although the frequency of bowel movements can indeed vary from one baby to another, 6 days without a bowel movement requires a visit to the doctor.
You can also give her light circular massages on her belly and make her ride a bicycle (lying on her back, you move her legs "as if" she was riding a bicycle). This may help.
