I have a fibrinolysis and anticardiolipid deficiency. Would it be good to take anticoagulants in case?

According to the data we have at this time, your risk of serious complications is no greater than that of the general population (considering you are under 60 years of age).
There is no indication to take anticoagulants at this time, nor aspirin.
