Is it normal to have leg pain after an IUD insertion (3.5 months, Kyleena)?

Sensation of tightness in the legs (similar to when we were young and growing). When I go to bed at night, the pain worsens and I have a numbness on the outer side of my right leg accompanied by a marked discomfort when I touch my blankets. These symptoms started after the IUD was inserted. I also have regular cramps in my lower abdomen.

Good evening ma'am,
No, this is not normal.
In my opinion, the IUD should be removed to see if the symptoms are really product related.
