Tylenol for colds and sinuses taken over several weeks, is it dangerous?

Is taking extra strength tylenol for colds and sinuses for 2 weeks at night dangerous? The medication works well and helps me sleep through my endless cold. My condition is improving. I have only been awake 3 nights without waking up at night with a cough and a nosebleed so I would like to continue the medication for a few more days but I want to know if it is harmful to my health.

Hello, Tylenol Cold and Sinus can be used several nights in a row if it works well for your symptoms. Just don't exceed the dosage on the package. However, this medication may interact with other medications or may not be recommended for certain medical conditions, so if you are taking certain medications and/or have medical conditions, I recommend that you contact your pharmacist who will assess whether the product is compatible with you based on your complete medical condition. Finally, don't forget to rest and stay well hydrated to help you fight your cold.
