I bought sanitary napkins and it says on the package MFG 2021-12-09, is it expired?

Hi, I bought some sanitary napkins at the pharmacy. They were written: final sale: 2.59$ the package instead of 5.99$. I took 3 packages. When I got home, I noticed that there was a date on the back of the box. It says: MFG 2021-12-09. I wonder if they are past the date...I heard it's good for 3 years....
