I have a fissure in my perineum Hello! It's a pretty big (actually quite long) crack in my opinion. I haven't tried any cream yet because the last time I had one, everything was fixed by itself. However, this time it doesn't want to heal and it's quite painful when I go to the bathroom! At least it doesn't itch. Thank you for your help!
