Hello ma'am, sorry to read about your troubles!
Tylenol Sinus contains a decongestant that may not be suitable for use with an antidepressant. This type of ingredient may increase anxiety, tremors, and insomnia.
The most effective and safe way is nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. By 'cleaning' the nasal secretions, we can reduce their backward flow, which often causes coughing, congestion and sneezing. It's a little uncomfortable but works wonders!
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot depending on your preference.
I hope I've been helpful, don't hesitate if there's anything you need
