Covid 19 Vaccine - Pregnant: 1st vaccine May 15, 2021 I am currently pregnant since May 15. My 2nd vaccine is scheduled for July 24. Is it ok to receive this type of vaccine while being in the 1st trimester?

Hello Madam, thank you for your question!
Pregnant women are at greater risk of complications from COVID-19 than non-pregnant women, including the risk of premature birth, so the Quebec Immunization Protocol recommends that vaccination not be delayed. The benefits far outweigh the risks.
Hopefully I have reassured you, I remain available if you have any further questions!

Thank you. If I understand correctly, No more risk of receiving the vaccine in early pregnancy VS 2nd or 3rd trimester?

The majority of health authorities suggest not delaying the administration of the second dose. As for the risks between each trimester, these have not been established due to a lack of data.
