Will my pill still work if I take it a few hours late?

I take my birth control pill every day, but it has always been taken irregularly. I take it before bedtime, which can be as early as 10am or as late as 1am-2am. It has always worked to regulate my period. I had sex and there was no pull out. So I am wondering if I should take plan b or not.

Thank you for your question!
Would it be possible to know which pill you are taking?

Thanks for the clarification!
If you usually take your contraceptive around 10:00 am, and sometimes it is taken around 1:00 am-2:00 am, your contraceptive remains effective. You don't have to worry about a decrease in effectiveness with this delay.
If you are at risk of forgetting, I suggest that you either keep your package next to your bed so you can see it at bedtime, or set a reminder alarm on your phone :)
Don't hesitate if anything comes up!
